Version updated as of 5th August 2026
1. Website Owner and Scope of Application
The website www.parkforfun.com and its content are owned by PARKFORFUN.COM S.R.L., with registered office at Via Jacopo Salamonio 3, 30175 Venezia (Italy), email: info@parkforfun.com ("Parkforfun").
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase, through the website, the application, authorised points of sale or other authorised channels, of booking and parking services at parking facilities operated directly or by third-party partners ("Partner Companies").
The specific terms and conditions published on the page relating to the individual parking facility, Event or Booking form an integral part of the contract. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms and conditions communicated before purchase shall prevail.
2. Definitions
Parkforfun.com S.r.l. is a duly registered innovative start-up engaged in the development of software for booking parking spaces for individual vehicles.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions:
-
Customer or User: the person who makes the Booking and/or uses the service;
-
Event: an event, concert, match, trade fair, show or other initiative to which the Parking Facility is linked;
-
Parking Facility: a parking area that may be booked through Parkforfun;
-
Parking Pass or Voucher: the Booking confirmation sent to the Customer;
-
Booking: the Customer's request to purchase the parking service;
-

3. Use of the Website
-
Parkforfun endeavours to ensure the proper operation of the website, but does not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors, interruptions, viruses or other harmful elements.
-
The website may not be used for unlawful purposes or for activities liable to compromise its security, integrity or operation, including attempts at unauthorised access, tampering, hacking or alteration of systems, servers, networks or data.
-
Parkforfun may update, modify, suspend or discontinue, in whole or in part, the website's functions, content, promotions or services. Bookings already confirmed shall remain unaffected, except where performance becomes impossible, the Event is cancelled or in the other circumstances provided for in these terms and conditions.
4. Published Information, Links and Third-Party Websites
-
Information published on the website is provided for information purposes and may be updated or corrected.
-
Parkforfun takes reasonable measures to keep information up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee that it will always be complete or error-free, including information received from Partner Companies, Event organisers or other third parties.
-
Links to third-party websites, platforms or services are provided solely for the Customer's convenience. Parkforfun does not control such websites and is not responsible for their content, services, availability, security, data, contractual terms or policies adopted by their respective owners.
5. Privacy and Cookies
Information on how personal data are processed is set out in the Privacy Notice available on the website at www.parkforfun.com/privacy.
Information on cookies and similar technologies is available at https://www.parkforfun.com/it/cookie-policy
6. Subject Matter of the Service and Nature of the Parking Facility
Parkforfun provides a service for booking and purchasing parking spaces at parking facilities owned by Parkforfun or operated by Partner Companies, including in connection with specific Events.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the page relating to the individual Parking Facility, the service consists of the temporary provision of an unattended parking area.
The Customer parks the vehicle independently, retains possession and control of it and does not hand the keys to the operator or to Parkforfun.
The presence of fences, barriers, automatic access systems, cameras, access-control staff, shuttle services or other organisational arrangements does not, in itself, entail the assumption of any duty of custody in respect of the vehicle.
7. Booking and Formation of the Contract
A Booking may be made:
-
on the Parkforfun website or application;
-
at authorised points of sale;
-
through operators expressly authorised by Parkforfun;
A Booking MAY NOT be made at the Parking Facility itself.
The Booking made by the Customer constitutes a contractual offer.
The contract is formed when Parkforfun sends the Booking confirmation containing the unique Parking Pass or Voucher.
The Customer declares that they:
-
have the capacity to enter into the contract;
-
where necessary, also act in the name and on behalf of the passengers or accompanying persons indicated;
-
have read and accepted these terms and conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the Parking Facility;
-
have checked the accuracy of the data entered before making payment.
Unless there is remaining availability and the operator authorises access, access to the Parking Facility without a valid Booking is not guaranteed.
8. Data Entered by the Customer
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of the data provided during the Booking process.
Before completing the purchase, the Customer must carefully check:
-
the Event;
-
the selected Parking Facility;
-
the date and times;
-
the vehicle registration number;
-
the name;
-
the email address;
-
the telephone number;
-
any other information relevant to accessing the Parking Facility.
In the event of an error attributable to the Customer, including the selection of the wrong Parking Facility or area, the wrong date, the wrong Event or an incorrect Parking Period, no refund shall be due, except as expressly provided in the clauses concerning changes, duplicate Bookings, or cancellation or modification of the Event.
9. Prices and Payment Methods
The Customer must pay the price shown on the summary screen before the Booking is completed.
The available payment methods are those indicated from time to time on the website or through the authorised sales channel, including, by way of example:
-
App: ApplePa;
-
Credit card (VISA/MasterCard); Visa Electron, UnionPay, JTB, PostePay, American Express;
-
Electronic payment at agencies/ticket offices operated directly by Parkforfun (where the service is available);
-
Bank transfer (where the service is available).
Cash payment at the Parking Facility is not permitted unless expressly stated otherwise.
Online rates may differ from those charged directly on site by the Parking Facility operator.
10. Parking Pass
After payment, Parkforfun sends the Parking Pass to the email address provided by the Customer.
The Parking Pass may be presented in digital or printed form, together with a valid identity document if requested by the staff.
The Parking Pass is personal, is valid solely for the Parking Facility, vehicle registration number, date, times and period stated in the Booking, and does not confer any right to a specific parking space unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Customer must retain the Parking Pass for the entire duration of the service and present it upon request by Parkforfun, the Partner Company or authorised personnel.
Parking Passes that have been altered, are illegible, have been forged or are used in breach of these terms and conditions are invalid.
11. Validity, Delays and Exceeding the Parking Period
The Parking Pass is valid solely within the booked Parking Period.
If the Customer arrives late, accesses the Parking Facility outside the permitted times or exceeds the purchased Parking Period, access or exit may be subject to the availability of the Parking Facility and payment of any additional amounts provided for by the rules of the individual Parking Facility or the rates charged on site.
Unless otherwise stated, exiting the Parking Facility brings the service to an end and does not permit subsequent re-entry.
12. Changing the Vehicle Registration Number
The Customer may request a change to the vehicle registration number associated with the Booking through the website, the official support channels or authorised points of sale, within the technical and time limits indicated for the relevant Parking Facility.
The first change of vehicle registration number for the same Booking is free of charge.
From the second change of vehicle registration number, a fee of EUR 5.00 shall apply for each vehicle and each change.
The change is valid only after confirmation by Parkforfun. Requests communicated solely to the Parking Facility operator shall have no effect in relation to Parkforfun.
13. Correction of the Name or Email Address
The Customer may request correction of the name or email address associated with the Booking.
A change of up to a maximum of three characters in total is free of charge, provided that it does not result in the transfer of the Booking to a different person.
From the fourth character changed onwards, a fee of EUR 5.00 shall apply irrespective of the total number of characters changed.
Changes resulting in a substantive change of the Booking holder, the transfer of the Parking Pass or the identification of a person other than the one originally entered are not regarded as simple corrections. Such changes are permitted only with Parkforfun's express prior authorisation.
14. Promotional Vouchers
Promotional vouchers may be used only in accordance with the terms, limitations, expiry dates and procedures indicated when they are issued.
Unless otherwise stated, vouchers:
-
may be used only once;
-
may not be combined with other promotions;
-
may be used solely against full-price rates;
-
may not be redeemed for cash;
-
may not be transferred or resold.
Parkforfun may cancel Bookings made through unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised use of vouchers, or use exceeding the applicable limits.
15. Cancellation by the Customer
The Customer may cancel the Booking up to fifteen days before the start of the Parking Period, exclusively through the website, Parkforfun support or the authorised sales channels.
A cancellation communicated directly or exclusively to the Parking Facility operator is ineffective and does not entitle the Customer to a refund.
If the Booking is cancelled within the above deadline, Parkforfun may retain EUR 9.00 as an administration fee. If the amount paid is less than EUR 9.00, Parkforfun may retain an amount equal to the amount actually paid by the Customer.
Cancellations made after the applicable deadline, non-use of the Parking Facility and no-shows do not entitle the Customer to a refund.
16. No-show
If the Customer fails to arrive within the times stated in the Booking, the service shall be deemed to have been duly made available and the Customer shall not be entitled to a refund.
If Parkforfun has notified the Customer of a change of time by email, SMS or other written means, the no-show shall be assessed by reference to the new time communicated.
17. Refunds and Coupons
Except as provided for duplicate Bookings or the cancellation or modification of the Event, amounts refundable following cancellation by the Customer may be granted by issuing a coupon with a value equal to the amount due.
The coupon:
-
may be used within twelve months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated;
-
may be used for one or more new Bookings until the available value has been exhausted;
-
may not be redeemed for cash;
-
does not entitle the Customer to any further refund if a Booking made using the coupon is cancelled, unless expressly provided otherwise.
If the cost of the new Booking exceeds the value of the coupon, the Customer must pay the difference. If it is lower, the remaining value may continue to be used until the relevant expiry date.
18. Cancellation or Modification of the Event
If the Event is cancelled or its date, time or arrangements are modified, Parkforfun shall follow the instructions of the Event organiser and inform the Customer as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise instructed by the organiser, Parkforfun may offer:
-
a full or partial refund of the parking service;
-
a coupon of corresponding value;
-
transfer of the Booking to the new Event date, where possible.
The terms relating to any admission ticket for the Event shall continue to be governed by the terms and conditions of the organiser or the entity that issued it.
19. Duplicate Booking
If a duplicate or multiple Booking is made by mistake, Parkforfun shall refund the duplicated Booking. A Booking is considered a duplicate where it contains the same details with regard to the name, vehicle registration number, area or Parking Facility, date or Parking Period, and the email address used.
The refund shall cover the price of the duplicated Booking, less payment fees, transaction costs and any non-recoverable costs charged by third parties.
The request must be submitted to Parkforfun before the start of the Parking Period.
20. Opening Times, Rules and Access to the Parking Facility
Each Parking Facility may have specific rules concerning opening times, access, permitted vehicles, vehicle dimensions, check-in procedures, shuttle services, security, entry and exit.
The Customer must consult and comply with the Parking Facility rules indicated on the Booking page or communicated by Parkforfun.
In all cases, where requested by the operator or other support staff, the Customer must identify themselves by presenting the Parking Pass and, where applicable, a valid identity document.
The Parking Pass has a unique number for each Booking and a unique QR code; in the case of groups travelling together, the group shall have a single Parking Pass.
Opening, arrival or access times may change due to technical, safety, organisational or traffic requirements, force majeure, orders issued by the authorities or causes not attributable to Parkforfun or the Partner Company.
If a change of more than two hours occurs before the start of the Parking Period, the Customer may cancel without charge in accordance with the instructions communicated by Parkforfun.
Most Parking Facilities listed on Parkforfun.com do not allow multiple entry and exit. If a specific Parking Facility allows customers to exit and re-enter throughout the term of the contract, this is stated in the rules of that Parking Facility. Unless otherwise specified, exiting the Parking Facility means that re-entry is NOT permitted, and the User acknowledges that the temporary parking-space lease agreement has ended.
21. Customer Obligations and Main Prohibitions
The Customer must:
-
comply with signs, the Parking Facility rules and staff instructions;
-
proceed at walking speed and exercise the utmost care;
-
park only in permitted spaces;
-
leave the vehicle with the engine switched off, the parking brake engaged and the keys removed;
-
take every precaution to ensure the safety of the vehicle, the items inside it and all persons;
-
not obstruct lanes, access points, exits, fire-safety equipment or emergency areas;
-
not leave live animals inside the vehicle (in the event that this occurs, Parkforfun.com and/or the Parking Facility operator shall contact the judicial authorities directly to remedy the harm caused to the animal abandoned inside the parked vehicle).
The Customer is prohibited from:
-
smoking inside the parking area, including in outdoor areas, without exception, for safety reasons;
-
remaining unnecessarily in the Parking Facility with the engine running;
-
bringing flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous substances into the Parking Facility, including firearms, ammunition and explosive materials;
-
transferring any fuel inside the Parking Facility;
-
using high-beam headlights inside the Parking Facility;
-
using the horn except in the event of imminent danger;
-
stopping the vehicle along traffic lanes;
-
cleaning the vehicle, or arranging for others to clean it, inside the Parking Facility;
-
pouring water, oil or any other material onto the floor, ground or into drains where it may soil and/or cause damage, as well as pollute the environment;
-
bringing vehicles fuelled by methane or LPG into a covered Parking Facility;
-
walking freely inside the Parking Facility without being accompanied by a Parking Facility representative;
-
removing or damaging fire-safety or accident-prevention equipment, or obstructing the areas around such equipment in any way;
-
blocking emergency exits with vehicles or bulky materials;
-
drawing water from fire hydrants;
-
lighting open flames;
-
extending a vehicle awning beyond the limits of the marked area;
-
placing furnishings or decorative items outside the assigned area;
-
supplying the vehicle with power through temporary electrical cables without prior authorisation;
-
engaging in any other conduct or activity prohibited by law.
22. Irregularly Parked Vehicles and Damage
Vehicles without a valid Parking Pass, parked beyond the purchased period, causing an obstruction or in breach of the rules may be removed in accordance with the law and the Parking Facility rules. The related costs shall be borne by the Customer.
The Customer shall be liable for damage intentionally or negligently caused to persons, vehicles, structures, systems or equipment at the Parking Facility.
If the Parking Facility is damaged or soiled, Parkforfun or the Partner Company may claim compensation for the damage actually suffered.
23. Unattended Parking Facility and Limitation of Liability
The Customer acknowledges that, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the Parking Facility is unattended. During Parkforfun staff service hours, the Parking Facility may at most have staff present.
Parkforfun and the Partner Company do not assume any duty of custody, supervision, return or protection in respect of the vehicle and, to the extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for theft, attempted theft, damage, vandalism, impacts, fire, weather events, riots, civil unrest, acts of third parties or other events affecting the vehicle or the items left inside it.
This is without prejudice to cases of wilful misconduct or negligence directly attributable to Parkforfun, the Partner Company or their respective personnel.
Where the party responsible for the damage has been identified, the Customer must address any claim for compensation directly to that party.
24. Unilateral and Immediate Termination of the Contract
Parkforfun's parking facilities aim to provide a positive experience for everyone.
Based on this principle of respectful coexistence, Parkforfun may terminate the parking contract where, despite a previous verbal warning, the User engages in conduct contrary to safety instructions or particularly disruptive behaviour that makes continued use of the Parking Facility unacceptable, with particular regard to safety measures and especially rules on fire prevention, personal safety and road traffic.
25. Persons with Disabilities or Reduced Mobility
Access arrangements, the possible availability of reserved spaces, reduced rates, shuttle services and the conditions for use of Parking Facilities by persons with disabilities or reduced mobility depend on the rules of the individual Parking Facility and the instructions of the Event organiser.
The Customer must check the information published on the official Event website and the Parking Facility page, or contact Parkforfun support in advance at: email: info@parkforfun.com.
Any request for a reserved space, assistance or a concession shall not be deemed accepted until expressly confirmed by Parkforfun or the Partner Company.
IMPORTANT: If, due to the construction of the Parking Facility or infrastructure (including access points, lifts, etc.), or the means of transport to the final destination (for example, a shuttle), the boarding, alighting and/or parking arrangements for a person with a disability or reduced mobility would be impossible and/or unsafe, Parkforfun.com S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the Booking, not to issue the Voucher or otherwise provide the Parking Pass.
In such circumstances, Parkforfun shall in all cases inform the User of any acceptable alternative Parking Facility managed by Parkforfun, including on behalf of Partner Companies, within the limits of its capabilities.
26. Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted to Parkforfun through the official support channels within three days from the date on which the service was provided or should have been provided.
The complaint must contain the Booking details, a clear description of the facts and, where available, documents or images useful for its assessment.
The Customer may contact only the help desk available through the contact section of the website or at the email address info@parkforfun.com, setting out their requirements.
27. Reviews and User Content
The Customer may publish reviews, comments or other content provided that it is lawful, relevant and not offensive.
It is prohibited to publish content that is false, defamatory, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, spam or propaganda, or constitutes unauthorised commercial communications.
Parkforfun may remove or modify content that breaches these terms and conditions or applicable law.
If the User submits content, images, text, reviews or other material to Parkforfun, or publishes them on social media channels officially managed by Parkforfun, the User grants Parkforfun a non-exclusive, royalty-free and revocable licence to use, reproduce, publish and distribute such content solely:
-
on channels owned or managed by Parkforfun (website, application and official social media pages);
-
for purposes connected with the promotion and communication of Parkforfun's services;
-
for the duration of the User's use of the channels or, in the case of content already published, until the User expressly revokes the licence or the content is removed.
The licence does not include the right to:
-
transfer the content to third parties outside Parkforfun's organisation without the User's prior written consent;
-
modify the content in a manner that alters its original meaning or prejudices the integrity of the work;
-
use the content for purposes unrelated to the promotion of Parkforfun's service.
If the User believes that content published on Parkforfun's website or social media channels contains defamatory statements about them, infringes one of their intellectual property rights, including copyright, or infringes other personality rights, the User is invited to send a reasoned written report to info@parkforfun.com, stating:
-
their personal details and contact information;
-
the precise identification of the disputed content (URL, description and publication date);
-
the right alleged to have been infringed;
-
any supporting documentation relevant to the request.
Parkforfun undertakes to review the report within a reasonable period and to take the necessary measures if the infringement is substantiated.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law.
If the Customer acts as a consumer, the court of the Customer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, shall have mandatory jurisdiction over civil disputes.
In relations with persons who do not act as consumers, the Court of Venice shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
29. Partial Invalidity
The invalidity, ineffectiveness or nullity of one or more clauses shall not result in the invalidity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
30. Specific Approval
In relations not governed by mandatory consumer-protection legislation, the Customer specifically approves the clauses concerning:
-
the unattended nature of the Parking Facility and limitations of liability;
-
the Customer's responsibility for the data entered;
-
fees for changes to the vehicle registration number, name and email address;
-
cancellation, no-shows, refunds and coupons;
-
cancellation or modification of the Event;
-
duplicate Bookings;
-
limitations on access and the validity of the Parking Pass;
-
complaints;
-
jurisdiction.
